Pastoral Center Departments

Bishop's Office and Senior Staff
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Diocese of Colorado Springs.
Office of the Chancellor Maintains diocesan records and administers requests for dispensations and permissions necessary in the preparation for marriage.
Diocesan Tribunal
The Church's court system which provides justice for all persons who seek an annulment or other judgment.
The Colorado Catholic Herald
Official newspaper of the Diocese
Employment Relations
The Department of Employment Relations exists to provide conflict resolution services, participate in internal investigations, and serve as an intermediary for concerns raised by parish, school, diocesan staff, employees, volunteers, and parishioners.
Finance Office
Provides finance, accounting, employee benefits and property management services.
Human Resources
Human resource management for the diocesan offices, parishes and schools.
Information Technology
Provides Information Technology management and planning services.
Mission Effectiveness
Responsible for Diocesan planning, goal setting and stewardship and development activities.
Office of Stewardship and Development
Serves the Diocese of Colorado Springs by promoting conversion to stewardship as a way of life and by raising funds to support the works of the Church in Central Colorado.
Total Catholic Education (TCE)
Overseas parish schools, catechetical education programs and ministries.

Catholic Charismatic Renewal
Fosters the work of Evangelization in the Power of the Holy Spirit
Catholic Committee on Scouting
The Committee is dedicated to promoting "Duty to God" at each level of Boy Scouting, Girl Scouting, American Heritage Girls and Camp Fire USA.
Catholic Out Reach and Pastoral Services (CORPS)
Our CORPS Mission: “To help our fellow parishioners, their families, and others from our community
in need.”
Collegiate Age Ministry (18-23)
A mission of the office of Total Catholic Education, this ministry features Sunday Mass at Colorado College, bible study at UCCS and Colorado College and a free Supper & a Topic night each week during the academic year.
Hispanic Ministry
Implements Encuentro Y Mision in the Diocese, identifying the needs of the Hispanic community.
Jail Ministry
Serves the spiritual and religious needs of Catholic inmates
Marriage & Family Life
Offers education programs and services to promote an authentic Catholic vision of marriage. Coordinates the marriage prep program for the Diocese.
Military Outreach Ministry (MOM)
Our Vision...As the Catholic Community of Colorado Springs to reach out to our brothers and sisters and their families in our
military community with love and appreciation; and to walk with them in their struggles, challenges, and needs.
Respect Life
Organizes and promotes events that foster a greater understanding of the church's teachings to respect life in all its phases.
Social Ministry
Grounded in the Gospel call to bring forth the Kingdom of God on earth, the Mission of the Office of Parish Social Ministries is to assist parishes in serving the poor and vulnerable in their respective communities and to grow in love with God and neighbor through Catholic Social Teaching: charity, justice, solidarity and subsidiarity.
Mind Your Head Co-Op: Traumatic Brain Injury Ministry
Ministering to those who have suffered traumatic brain injury.
Young Adult Ministry (23-35)
A mission of the Total Catholic Education office is to coordinate and help support the Young Adult programs provided by parishes and group ministry teams by advertising and promoting their scheduled events through a central source.
Youth Ministry
Empowering young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today.
