Budgetary Breakdown for Catechetical Leadership Certificate Program

Speaker costs:	Stipends for local area speakers run $400.00 to $500.00 per day plus mileage and lunch. James P. Campbell, who is the staff theologian for Loyola Press, will come and speak for us for the cost of airfare only, about $500.00
Building fees:	While most of the parishes do not charge for Diocesan meetings, a stewardship donation of about $300.00 (to cover the cost of electricity, staff ,set-up and clean-up) is highly recommended.
Other costs:	This would include coffee and juice, paper products, handouts, mailings, etc. $150.00 per session.
Attendees cost:	The only cost to the attendees would be $7.00 or so for lunch.
Annual Budget for four workshops and a retreat for about 50 attendees
Would be:	Stipends/ Travel: $1,700.00 to $2,000.00 Building Fees: $1,200.00 Books: $900.00 Other costs: $600.00 Retreat costs: (food, handouts, paper products, coffee, speaker, & building fee) $1,100.00 Total: $5,500.00
