The first step in the charism discernment process is a day-long (9AM-3:30PM), in-person workshop (see above) to help you understand the charisms and begin to discern which charisms you may have. The second step, within about a month of the workshop, is an hour-long interview with a trained interviewer who can help direct your ongoing charism discernment. The third step is called Discernment in Depth. This step involves a focused discernment of one particular charism within a small group over a 4-6 week timeframe. Participants are encouraged to complete all three parts of the Called & Gifted process.
Once you have registered for either of the workshops above, about a week before the workshop, you will receive a welcome email from CSI with a temporary password and login instructions. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access a short video streaming course under “My Courses.” All participants are asked to go through this first, short video session and the online spiritual gifts inventory prior to the in-person workshop. This will not take long to do. Instructions on how to do it will be given to you.
