Many parishes in our Diocese are now taping and live streaming their Daily Masses for parishioners, while other parishes are still holding Adoration and Confessions. As schedules continue to evolve, please call the individual parish offices for any last minute changes.

Perpetual Adoration is offered in the Divine Mercy Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament. We are limited to 10 adorers at a time. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Holy Family Parish in Leadville is offering outside Masses beginning this weekend, May 16/17 in St. Josephs Parking Lot, located a 424 West 2nd Street. Participants will remain in their cars. Holy Communion will be distributed by Fr. Rafael & Deacon Tony approaching each car. Practicing all safety guidelines. Masses will be Saturday at 4:30pm and Sunday at 8:45am (English) and 12pm (Spanish)

We will continue to post recorded daily Masses on our YouTube channel through Friday May 22. Sunday May 17 Mass will be live-streamed at 9:00 a.m.

Beginning on Monday May 25, our daily Mass schedule will be Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 8:00 a.m. with a limit of 7 attendees. Recordings of these Masses will be posted by 10:00 am on our YouTube channel and available via links on the Media page of our website.

On Saturday May 23, we are adding additional weekend Masses, though those too will be limited to 7 attendees. Weekend Masses will be Saturdays at 4:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m., and Sundays at 7:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. The 9:30 a.m. Mass will be live-streamed.
Guidelines for attending Mass are as follows:

  • All participants must wear masks during the entire Mass, except when consuming the Eucharist
  • Participants must bring their own masks and hand sanitizer
  • Eucharist will only be received in the hand/
  • There will be no Precious Blood
  • Those who have a gluten intolerance may make a spiritual communion
  • There will be no physical sign of peace and no holding hands during the Our Father
  • There will be no holy water
  • There will be no hymnals
  • There will be no choir
  • There will be no offertory procession – baskets for your tithe will be at the entrances and exits to the Church.
  • Please put your offering in one of the baskets. Thank you for your support.
  • There will be no nursery available during Mass
  • There will be no congregating in the Narthex or Christi Center before or after Mass. Feel free to visit with others outside the Church.
  • The Christi Center and lower level will be closed, except for the use of the bathrooms in the Christi Center, to be used only in the case of an emergency
  • Signs will guide your entry and exit to the church, as well as the spacing when receiving communion
  • Please honor the one-way flow of traffic in the parking lot, as well as when entering and exiting the building
  • If you or someone in your home is sick, please do not attend Mass, and remove your sign-up so someone else may attend in your place
  • We will clean and sanitize the church between each Mass
Parishioners will have to sign-up to attend weekend and daily Mass. At this time, we are asking parishioners to only sign up for one Mass (daily or weekend) per month, until such time as we can accommodate more people at Mass.

  • Confession for Saturday, May 16 ONLY is 2:30 pm to 4 pm; normally, Confessions are 3pm to 4:30pm
  • Saturday Mass at 5:00 p.m.
  • We are asking our parishioners to arrive early, they must wear a mask, we are not providing the masks, and get their temperature taken - if 100.4 or over, they will be asked to leave and return when they do not have a temp.
  • Sunday Mass at 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Same requirements as Saturday Mass.
  • There will be sitting parameters and dismissal will be by row by ushers at the end of each Mass.


Facebook Live stream Mass in English at 7:30 am every Sunday and in Spanish at 9 am every Sunday.

Confessions on Fridays from 6:30 – 7:30 pm and Saturdays from 4 – 5:15 pm or by appointment with a priest.

Adoration is available Monday through Friday from 9 am – 5 pm.

Stations of the Cross can be prayed individually anytime on Fridays or when the church is open.

We are having limited public Masses with restrictions on weekends that people have to sign up for

Saturday Mass at 4:00 p.m.
Sunday at 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Our daily Masses (which are also limited and have to be signed up for) until May 29 are
Tuesday & Thursday at 8:00 a.m.
Wednesday & Friday at 5:30 p.m.
The change to daily Mass to 9am is at this time temporary but could become permanent. Nothing has been decided yet.

Confession at both locations is by appointment only.
