COLORADO SPRINGS. General Robert Titus, a highly decorated veteran of three wars, died Sept. 8 at age 91. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Sept. 23 at Corpus Christi Parish, followed by burial in the U.S. Air Force Academy Cemetery.

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah. The Rev. Michael Patrick Buckley died of cancer on Sept. 21 at St. Joseph’s Villa in Salt Lake City in the company of his family and friends.

COLORADO SPRINGS. Robert “Bob” Moyers, a longtime Corpus Christi parishioner and local attorney, died Sept. 6 at his home in Colorado Springs. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated  Sept. 18 at Corpus Christi Church, followed by burial at Eastonville Cemetery. 

HAYS, Kansas. Capuchin Father Gilmary Tallman, one of the first priests on staff at The Catholic Center at The Citadel, died Aug. 14 in Hays, Kansas. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Aug. 19 at the Basilica of St. Fidelis in Victoria, Kansas, followed by burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Hays.

COLORADO SPRINGS. Gerald “Jerry” Weiss, a longtime parish and diocesan volunteer, died Aug. 14 at age 98. Mass of Christian Burial was held Aug. 28 at Corpus Christi Church.

COLORADO SPRINGS. Sister Jeannette Marie Weber, OSF, died July 26 at age 77.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Aug. 5 at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, followed by burial in Mount St. Francis Cemetery.

COLORADO SPRINGS. Celestino “Tino” Archuleta, who served on the first board of directors of Colorado Springs Catholic Social Services, died April 11 at age 92. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated April 24 at Sacred Heart Parish in Colorado Springs, followed by burial at Caernero Creek Cemetery in La Garita.

NOTRE DAME, Indiana. Holy Cross Father Don Dilg, who served at several parishes in Colorado Springs in addition to his order’s novitiate in Cascade, died March 19 at age 76 in Notre Dame, Indiana, after a short illness. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated March 27 at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Notre Dame. Burial followed at the Congregation of Holy Cross cemetery.

COLORADO SPRINGS. Sister of St. Francis Roseria Slusarski died March 8 at age 88 at Mount St. Francis Nursing Center. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated March 20 at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Colorado Springs, followed by burial in Mount St. Francis cemetery.
