The Center for Evangelization and Catechesis (CEC) promotes Catholic adult faith formation across the Diocese of Colorado Springs. Catholic Outreach to Northern Ukraine is an ecumenical 501c3 nonprofit group founded by Father Paul Wicker in 1994.
