During its most recent quarterly meeting, the Board of Directors of the Catholic Foundation of the Diocese of Colorado Springs created two new endowment funds to benefit Catholic education. 

Professor Lucas Pollice will present formation and feedback sessions in each deanery of the diocese beginning April 11. Javier Cervantes, Director of Hispanic Ministry, will give the same presentation in Spanish at several locations. 

On March 26, the College of Consultors met and elected Father Kyle Ingels as diocesan administrator. 

As we draw closer to Archbishop-designate James Golka's installation as the sixth Archbishop of Denver, clergy, religious and lay faithful are invited to gather in prayer at the start of his ministry as shepherd of the local Church. 

GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA. Robert J. Golka, father of Archbishop-designate James Golka, died peacefully at age 92 on March 5 — two months to the day after the death of his wife, Patricia, on Jan. 5. Robert and Patricia were married for 64 years and had 10 children.
