Alternatives offers nonjudgemental, campassionate, confidential and medically accurate education when faced with a pregnancy decision. It provides free pregnancy testing, options counseling, counseling after abortion, materials assistance, STD testing and treatment for women, and Fatherhood mentoring . Baby gift bags for newborns 0-3 months are available at all locations. Men's support services include options counseling, parenting support, and counseling after an abortion experience. Counseling after abortion is offered in individual and group settings for women and men who have experienced abortion.

Castle Rock satellite office serves individuals and families in Douglas County as well as surrounding counties through community outreach partnerships.
