I grew up in Colorado Springs at St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish, graduating from Rampart High School. I then went to Texas A&M University to study chemical engineering, leading to employment in Houston, Texas in chemical manufacturing. While in Houston, my involvement at church allowed the call to the priesthood to strengthen until I called the diocese to return home and study for the diocese that gave me so much growing up.

I’m from Guadalajara. I have 5 siblings. My church is Pope St. Pius X. In my free time I like to learn about new places and take pictures. I have a great devotion to Mary, The Undoer of Knots. I look forward to serving all of the people of the Diocese of Colorado Springs.

I was born in Colorado Springs, but my loving parents moved up to Parker, Colorado, and raised me there, along with my younger sister and two younger brothers. I've spent most of my life at Ave Maria Catholic Parish in Parker, and attended STEM School Highlands Ranch my last three years of High School. I began discerning the priesthood after a few wonderful retreats, particularly a parish youth mission trip to Kansas City, Missouri, and I am currently in my second year at St. Gregory the Great Seminary in Seward, Nebraska. Please pray for our bishop, our diocese, all my seminarian brothers, and myself.

I am Joshua Wojcik, a parishioner at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. I am currently attending St Gregory the Great Catholic Seminary.
