Habitat for Humanity seeking applicants for homes
COLORADO SPRINGS. Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity is holding several upcoming information sessions for those who might be interested in home ownership.
On Dec. 17, there will be a session in the meeting room of Fountain Library, 230 S. Main St., from 2-3:30 p.m.
On Jan. 4, there will be a session in the meeting room of Sand Creek Library, 1821 S. Academy Blvd., from 5:30-7 p.m.
On Jan. 11, there will be a session in the meeting room of Fountain Library from 5:30-7 p.m.

Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity homes accomodate families of one to eight people. Applicants may qualify if they are currently paying more than 30 percent of monthly income towards rent and utilities, have structural problems in a current residence, or experience overcrowding. Household income must fall between minimum and maximum income requirements and homebuyers must be able to repay a mortgage.
