COLORADO SPRINGS. The Colorado Springs Council for Black Catholics is accepting applications for St. Martin De Porres scholarships for the 2017-18 school year. Any student entering fourth grade and above at a Catholic school in the Diocese of Colorado Springs is eligible to apply. Completed application and related documents must be received by May 22.
