Bishop James Golka announces the following clergy appointments (all appointments effective July 1 unless otherwise noted).

COLORADO SPRINGS. A group of parishioners from St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish recently participated in a mission trip to Boquete, Panama to provide shoes and goods for orphaned children.

Profiles of the 12 men who are being ordained permanent deacons on May 25, 10 a.m. at St. Peter Church, Monument.

COLORADO SPRINGS. A Memorial Mass for Holy Cross Father Don Dilg will be celebrated May 16 at 6:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Parish in Colorado Springs, followed by a light reception in the parish center gym. All are invited to attend.

COLORADO SPRINGS. St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish is hosting an art exhibit April 13 - May 16 titled “St. Mary’s High School: Eucharist Show.” The exhibit consists of 14 students’ perspectives on the Eucharist for contemplation. The exhibit will be open from 3 p.m.-9 p.m. on weekdays and after weekend Masses.
