COLORADO SPRINGS. The St. Serra Apostolate of Colorado Springs announced the winners of its 2023 Priesthood Appreciation Contest. The contest is held each year in conjunction with Vocations Awareness Week in early November.

COLORADO SPRINGS. The Office of Stewardship and Development announced that an anonymous donor will match every dollar given to the Vocations Appeal from Nov. 17-30, up to $25,000. The matching grant is being offered in honor of Giving Tuesday on Nov. 28.

COLORADO SPRINGS. On Oct. 7, members representing three Colorado Lay Carmelite communities observed a day of recollection at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish in Boulder.  
The day began with the celebration of Mass, at which four members of St. John the Baptist Lay Carmelite Community made their temporary professions (the second of three stages in the six-year formation process of becoming a Lay Carmelite).
