Priesthood Appreciation Contest entries due Oct. 25

COLORADO SPRINGS. The Saint Serra Apostolate’s annual Priesthood Appreciation Contest is accepting submissions from kids in grades preschool-12 until Oct. 25. The theme of this year’s contest is imagining oneself as a priest, religious sister or brother. Participants can create an essay, encouraging letter, poem, artwork, video or thank-you card. Winners will be announced during National Vocations Awareness Week, which will take place Nov. 3-9. Submissions can be sent to serracosprings@gmail.com. For more information, call 719-302-5722.
