The Office of Stewardship and Development announced that an anonymous donor will match every dollar given to the Vocations Appeal from Nov. 17-30, up to $25,000. The matching grant is being offered in honor of Giving Tuesday on Nov. 28. Donations to the appeal can be made by visiting https://appeal.diocs.org/vocations/. Proceeds from the appeal will be used to support seminarian education and related costs. As of this fall, the Diocese of Colorado Springs has 17 men in various stages of seminary formation. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Stanislaus Parish in Omaha, Nebraska, followed by burial at St. John’s Cemetery.
