COLORADO SPRINGS. Benedictine Sister Mary Glenn died April 27 at age 79. A Memorial Mass was celebrated May 18 at Benet Hill Monastery.

May is the month of Mary, and in most parishes it is the month when many of our young Catholics receive Communion for the very first time. The celebrations are joyful, but sometimes gift-giving can be problematic. Money is a common (and always welcome) gift for the first communicant, but it can also feel distant to some givers.

We are getting closer to the Solemnity of Corpus Christi and the next phase of the Eucharistic Revival! This past year has been spent praying, discerning, and laying a foundation for the upcoming year.  Now it is time for an update and a look ahead.
