Bishop Golka's mother, Patricia Golka, died on Monday, Jan. 5 in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Funeral arrangements are as follows:
Visitation: Thursday, Jan. 8, 5-7 p.m., St. Leo Catholic Church, Grand Island
Vigil: Thursday, Jan. 8, 7 p.m., St. Leo Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass: Friday, Jan. 9, 10:30 a.m., St. Leo Catholic Church.

Please pray for Bishop Golka and the entire Golka family as they grieve the loss of their mother. Not only did she raise 10 children, but she was the first director of Nebraska Right to Life.
