Did you know that, even though the Diocese has made the difficult decision to cancel public Masses and events, we are still in the parishes doing God's work? Well, yes, WE ARE! We are still performing sacraments such as baptisms and confessions, and we are still able to help engaged couples prepare for the sacrament of matrimony.
Your parish is still open. Your parish priests are leveraging technology to bring the Stations of the Cross, the Rosary, and Daily Masses into our homes so that we can stay safe while participating in these devotions.
Our Catholic Schools are still teaching our children - discovering ways to encourage their growth in both the faith and in academics in a distance-learning environment.
Catholic Charities of Central Colorado is still helping those in need. The Marian House Soup Kitchen is still open and providing meals. They are still offering a wealth of resources and assistance during this pandemic.
We want to express our sincere gratitude for the continued financial stewardship of parishioners and friends during this time. With public Masses suspended and without a weekly offering, we are not certain how long we can continue to provide essential services. Please support your parish and help the Diocese of Colorado Springs during this time when we are all leaning on our faith more than ever.
Please consider donating to your parish either online or by mailing a check to your parish office. Public Masses have been discontinued but the other functions of your parish remain.
